2020 Vision

Psalm 119:105 "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."

My word of the year for 2019 is Balance and I think I have found that. Once the scales of your life tips toward any one focus, it is often difficult to balance. My 2020 word of the year is inspire. My purpose in life is to inspire other women especially those learning to survive after life in a domestic violence relationship.

I want to focus more time and energy on writing and volunteering again. I want to start putting a focus on vendor fairs and maybe even health fairs. If I offer one of my self confidence workshops as a make and take activity, I can increase my reach, website mailing list and awareness of domestic violence.

One of my current goals is to release 2 new books before my birthday. I have them started and have no doubt I will acheive this goal.

My bible verse for 2020 is Psalm 1:3 "And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper."

I am going to update my YouTube channel to make my quarterly and monthly goals public and challenge myself to reach them. I will add these videos to my current blog and find some rewards and consequences for my progress or lack of progress.

For the month and a half left in 2019 I will focus on God, Family, Finances and Home. My goals for this week are to:

- Complete this weeks bible study and catch up on last weeks because I started it 2 days late.

- Continue checking into my planner and journal each day.

- Outline and gather together all the work done on my fiction piece and outline my planner/journal piece.

- Scan documents for health insurance and send them in.

- Organize writing/bible study area of our room.

If I complete all this I will treat myself to a Chai Latte on Friday and if not I will bring breakfast to eat instead of purchasing breakfast after my blood work on Friday.

Please comment below and tell me if you have any goals set for the New Year.
